These clippings were found in an old scrapbook at a resale shop. There was no name on the scrapbook. Also, there was no date of publication nor was the name of the newspaper noted for any clipping.
A check of the Cameron Herald and Rockdale Reporter & Messenger newspapers on microfilm indicates these articles were very likely clipped from the World War II issues of those newspapers from 1941 through 1945.
Lastly, all of the men and women in these articles were from Milam County, Texas.
