Frank Cady, pastor of the St.John Methodist Church of Rockdale officiated. Phillips & Luckey Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements. She was BORN Hattie Viola on 6/6/1875 in Lee County, TX., the daughter of M/M. J.J. Wilson. Married James E. McWilliams on 2/4/1904, he preceded her in death in May 1952 and also a son preceded her. Miss Hattie as she was called by her friends lived most of her life near Watson Branch and in Thorndale. After her husband's death, she moved to San Antonio where she made her home with her daughter, Viola. Member of Methodist Church, having joined in early womanhood. SURVIVORS: 2 daughters, Mrs. Royal W. Hamilton of San Antonio and Mrs. Ione Easter of Rocksprings; granddaughter, Mrs. Freddie Yamaguchi of San Antonio; 4 great-grandchildren.
